The apartment «Las Americas de LUX 98m2» has been reformed by us specially to make it a comfortable place. After a recent reconstruction, you can breathe and feel the freshness. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room combined with a corner kitchen and a spacious terrace. The first bedroom is quite spacious: perfect for a family with a child. It has a large panoramic window with a wonderful ocean view. The second bedroom is smaller, very cozy, with a large built-in wardrobe with a safe. A large bright kitchen, combined with a dining room and a hall that is unique in its types. It has eight windows! In the northern part you can see the well-known Teide volcano, in the western side the famous water park "Siam park" and, of course, the unique and unforgettable view of the Atlantic ocean. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable living: big flat screen TVs with Russian and international channels, internet. The kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer, water filter, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner and a large fridge. The complex has two swimming pools (children's and a large deep adult pool) equipped with sun loungers, a spacious courtyard with beautifully planted plants, and a large comfortable free parking.
